Last week I was able to visit one of TeleTech’s offices. For those of you who don’t know, it’s a call center. Although there are lots of call centers here, what makes them stand out is their work place and their work environment! 🙂

I have always dreamt of working in a place like that because not only is it cozy but it is also vibrant and effective. It promotes working in teams given the set-up leading to a much better working environment. Who wouldn’t want to love what they do at a place that they love, too right? We spend so much time working in our lives, be it school or at work so we definitely deserve a work place like that for ourselves!

This is actually a project of Teletech called Magenta Sky that promotes a happy and healthy work place for their employees or rather teammates. It promotes teamwork, hardwork and happiness! You can say that the Magenta Sky project was pattered to the Google workplace! I swear it somehow reflects the office that we saw at the movie “The Internship”! Lol it will make you want to go to work everyday! I really appreciate this project of Teletech because our generation today isn’t like the traditional ones before. The generation Y now, I noticed, is so passionate with what they want in life. It’s just not about making a living but now, making a life.

“Do what you love, love what you do”

One of my favorite quotes that make me realize that there’s more to life than just work. You can work but it won’t be considered labor if you love what you do! Be whatever type of work we do or encounter, we should also learn to have the right balance of everything to live a healthy life ahead of us.
